Today is your birthday, and we want to acknowledge this day beyond politics, public debates, courtrooms, movements and the many identities attached to your name.

Before all of that, you are a human being whose life began on a day like this. A son, a father, a brother, a husband, a friend, and a man whose journey has taken turns few could have imagined from the beginning.

Birthdays invite reflection. They remind us that behind every public figure is a private story marked by dreams and disappointments, convictions and mistakes, sacrifices and growth, laughter and pain, and the quiet passage of time.

On this birthday, we wish you strength of mind, clarity of thought, good health and the grace to meet life as it comes. We wish you genuine inner peace, for there are seasons when peace within becomes one of the most valuable things a person can protect.

May this new year bring deeper wisdom from all that has been travelled, learned, lost and preserved. And whatever history ultimately writes about this chapter, today belongs first to the simple recognition that another year of your life has arrived.

Rivers Indigenous Igbo Congress Calls for Inclusive Restructuring Conference

Rivers Indigenous Igbo Congress (IIC) rejects proposals that would split Igbo-speaking communities in Rivers State from a single Igbo region.

In a 30 August 2026 statement from Port Harcourt, the group responds to the Concerned Citizens Assembly plan for 17 autonomous regions and demands that Ogba, Ekpeye, Ikwerre, Etche, Ndoni, Ndoki, Asa and Egbema be included, whole and undivided, in one Igbo ethnolinguistic region.

When Moses was leading the Israelites out of Egypt, after decades into that exodus, Moses fall short of his assignment and Joshua took over .

I knew some Israelites fought against him that it’s better they go back to Egypt, some also told Jousha they should go back let him start his own journey afresh from Egypt. The most interesting thing during that Exdous was, they never went back , rather they marched on until they made it to the promise land.

If that was the case, how on earth can anyone in their right mind, after over a decade in the Biafra struggle, with lives lost, many disappeared, jailed, and some criminals out there are shouting and crying for IPOB leadership to go and start their your own movement, a movement they were part of the formation and foundation.

Any one crying that IPOB leaders globally who believe Biafra restoration is our destination should abandon the struggle for them to satisfy their criminal intentions, greed and reckless lifestyle that have cut the lives of Biafrans short for no reason, then they’ll hallucinating .

Till now some of us kept mute on certain issues and the little respect some of them have today is because we decided to keep mute over the horrible and mind -blowing discovery we came across for the past 5 years .

For them the Biafra struggle it's a business enterprise they thought they have founded but for millions of us, this struggle is for freedom and for total liberation of our people ?.
I am so glad what is happening now because in our widest dream, most of us will never believe that a man can be hardened pathological lier , blackmailer, so heartless , dirty , and evil because of greed for money and fame .

It's good how time has exposed their dubious, greedy, and evil mindset, because it was impossible for us to see the mind of these criminals and evil people through construction of their faces .
