@HeygenSupport@HeyGen The support team is not professional; they switched my paid plan to a free plan 15 days before, and via chat they are not responding.

@FiverrSupport what is going wrong with @fiverr
Is it the endgame of @fiverr?
You rejected @vijay_softment's report but we can clearly see they are using a random girl photo. Please check their name, profile picture and thumbnail picture.

Hey Vitto, appreciate you taking the time to reply — but your message still misses the real issue.
Let’s be honest here — this situation didn’t start with a “ticket not opened.” It started with a complete lack of response and accountability.
Our team member Vijay emailed support on October 10th after the KYC failed — no response for 5 days. That’s not a “confusion,” that’s neglect.
When he finally reached out on Discord, he got the message “Get out of my DMs” from equious.eth — instead of something professional like “Please open a ticket.” That one sentence alone says everything about how your support team talks to learners.
Then, on October 17th, your team claimed “KYC approved” when it clearly wasn’t. That’s false information, and it wasted even more time.
About the “inappropriate language” — let’s be real: when someone is ignored for 10+ days, gets conflicting messages, and then sees public posts saying their issue is fixed (when it isn’t), frustration is natural. But still, not once did your team take responsibility for the misinformation.
Refunding the voucher doesn’t solve the problem. It’s not about money — it’s about basic respect, transparency, and accountability.
And let’s address your point about LinkedIn — if it’s not a support channel, fine. But then your team shouldn’t use it to post incorrect updates about users’ issues either.
You can’t keep deflecting the problem to “wrong channel,” “user frustration,” or “ticket system.”
The truth is simple —
Cyfrin’s education content is excellent, but your support culture needs serious improvement.
We’re not here to attack. We’re speaking up because hundreds of developers trust your brand, and experiences like this destroy that trust.
Do better for your learners — not just when things go public.
