DCI & IG, Wacheni ukalulu! The real reason why Albert was arrested in Homa Bay and transported all the way to Nairobi was so that the killer cop could ask him who was giving him information. Unconfirmed reports indicate that the killer cop was rattled because everything Albert was posting about him and corruption in his office was true. The killer cop was shaken since the only way Albert could have such accurate information was if somebody from the inside was feeding it to him.

When Albert was taken to Karura and tortured, it was to force him to reveal his sources, suspected to be police officers displeased with how the killer cop has been collecting over 100M every month, eating alone and buying properties in Dubai. The Killer cop and his P.A./driver were present in person to torture and interogate Albert to force him to reveal his sources.

When they hit him with a blunt tool and he lost consciousness, they quickly rushed him from Karura to Central to book him there and pretend he had "hit his head on the cell wall." They gave orders for CCTV to be switched off so that there would be no trail.

The police at Central noted they were being given a dying person, so they called the OCS who refused to accept to book him. The OCS was threatened and given "orders from above." That's why there are two OBs, one obtained by media showing "sick" under the booking and the other OB that is being used for the cover-up.

At the end of the day, the scheme is for the killer cop to get away with murder while a few low-level police officers from Central take the fall. Once these low-level officers at Central have been arrested and charged, the people's anger will subside, and then the cases will drag for years just like the Kianjokoma brothers' killers' case has dragged on for years. Even Baby Pendo's killers' case has not yet fully taken off.

Meanwhile, the killer cop will continue collecting over 100M per month, buying properties in Dubai and killing anybody who dares question or expose the corruption.

Kenyans MUST therefore demand:

1. The resignation or removal from office of the killer cop and thorough investigation to ascertain his role in the murder.

2. Once the persos accused of murdering Albert have taken plea, their cases be heard and determined within 60 days even if it's by marathon hearings every day. The judiciary made arrangements to have the impeachment case heard on priority basis every day; they can make arrangements for this too.

3. The prosecution of every officer involved in the murder regardless of rank, starting with the killer cop.

4. The prosecution of every cop involved in the cover up as accessories before and after the fact, including the one who issued the initial misleading statement and those who switched off CCTV at central.
