Hey Cody! Thanks for reaching out. We are currently expanding our 10 Gig network in SF, with multiple projects in the construction and pre-construction stages. While we are expanding to LA and Dallas, we are continuing to grow our network simultaneously here at home in the Bay. And we're always exploring ways to improve our offerings. We'd recommend logging into Member Tools and navigating to "Internet Connections," then "Upgrade or Downgrade Service," and then click "Request Upgrade" to express interest in 10 Gig. The more demand concentration we see in an area, the higher likelihood for an upgrade.

Warning: “Fiber-Powered” Internet is NOT what you think it is.
Our competitors know you want fiber internet; it’s far superior to 5G or coaxial connections, but instead of investing in building that infrastructure, they’re trying to cut corners and sell you “Fiber-powered” service.
Technically, there is fiber involved in the infrastructure, but the last mile that actually goes to your home, the part that gives you faster service that’s reliable and symmetrical, isn’t fiber. Where fiber counts, they let you down.
