House Bill 131, from @TinaForKentucky and @RepJosieRaymond, makes a ton of changes to Kentucky's charter school law including requiring ESPs to be nonprofits, 75% of a school's board must be elected, and KY can only have five charters statewide.

@LtGovColeman There should be consequences for those who deliberately told lies and spread misinformation in order to get the bill passed in the first place. ESPECIALLY since it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL and they were warned it would lose in court. Waste of time, tax dollars and lost opportunities.
