@makemytrip I booked cab for Toyota Etios but got a Swift Dzire instead. When the issue was raised, the call centre said it would take 24-48 hrs to escalate the matter and suggested booking another cab. I had to settle for the wrong cab. This negligence deserves proper reparation

Very disappointed with @Meesho. I was charged extra for a “7-Day Easy Return”, but when I requested a return, I was told to personally courier the item back. This condition was never disclosed while charging the fee. How is this an “easy” return? This is misleading for customers.
