I wish to add to the euphoric praise for 'Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie', an insanely charming goof of a film. I think I enjoyed it even more as a) I lived on King and Spadina in 2009 and b) I saw 'The Hangover' at the Scotiabank Theatre on opening weekend.
We lost Neil Peart 6 years ago today. With Rush, they released 19 studio albums, sold 20 million albums worldwide, and any list that doesn't have him as one of the best drummers of all time is useless.
I worked with her on “Rented Lips” in the eighties. A lovely lady. Total professional. An oasis of calm in the middle of chaos. Everybody loved her. 🕊️
The constant gaslighting from ex-husband is extremely hurtful and exhausting. I have always pleaded and screamed to have a life with my boys.
Relationships with teenage boys is complex. I have felt demoralized by this situation and have always asked and almost begged for them to be a part of my life.
Sadly, they have always witnessed the lack of respect shown by own father for me. They need to take responsibility for themselves. With one son only seeing me for 45 min in the past 5 years and the other with only 4 visits in the past 5 years. I have pride too. From now on I will let them know when I am available. Trust me, those white lies in that book, they are going straight to the bank and I am the only one who genuinely gets hurt here. I will always love them and if you really know me, you won’t pay attention to the tabloids of my mental health and drinking. I am actually a pretty intelligent woman who has been trying to live a sacred and private life the past 5 years. I speak on this because I have had enough and any real woman would do the same.
Today is the last day of the Miami Seaquarium’s 70 year existence. They sued me in early 2024 for publishing the very animal abuse videos that caused their demise. I promised we would shut them down, and we did. Rest In Pieces Miami Seaquarium. Been a pleasure.
and a big fuck you to the executives who thought this was a good choice, cancer sucks and losing your job after doing chemo and dealing with the side effects is extremely fucked up
Just found out they fired the actor who plays detective Hudson in Hudson& Rex right after he went into remission. So I’m going to pretend the show only lasts 7 seasons and ignore the rest
Wtf!! Did they really fire John after he recovered from cancer and continued the show with a new actor and gave his character the same last name? Sounds very fishy and unethical to me.

Canada Post needs change. We can all agree on that. But accessibility for all Canadians must stay at the heart of its future. I hope modernization doesn’t leave behind the remote & Indigenous communities who depend on it most.
@halleberry Name him Agate after his black and white fur. You are Miss Stone. The Flintstones had a Mr. Slate. Agate is the perfect name for this cutie.
A round of applause for our #TIFF50 volunteers 💛
The Festival is powered by cinema lovers like you, thanks to our volunteer programme supported by @CineplexMovies. Toronto hosted films from around the world, but none of it is possible without our volunteers who make it happen.
It’s really not that hard to focus on the things that bring us together as opposed to those that tear us apart, and pit us against one another.
Concerts should be a place where all are welcome, and all feel safe. A place to escape the madness of the outside world for a bit…
