@G0ffThew@Animefan_Cat I completely agree on the expressiveness but I think by insinuating that MSMW would be better if it "looked better" misses how the human element is what makes that show enjoyable. So bad it's good watches are fun in part because they're so human.
@nereman0as@TrueAnonPod True anon is 100% my favorite podcast. I started it by listening to their mini series "The Game" but you can start whenever. They recently did some eps on Cuba
@nereman0as@yungmedusa If you're ever in the mood for folk Jesse Welles has some pretty good anti war / general political stuff.
Also Ezra Bell's A Drink from the Trough is from 2018 but feels more relevant every year as the Dems go farther right.
I think Justin timberlake could win a lot of good will back by doing an snl cold open where he giving a tour of studio 8h but things keep going wrong and he keeps saying shit like "this is gonna ruin... the carpet can someone clean this up?"
@TubaToofpaste@NancyMace But I thought Isreal was the only safe place for queer people because in Palestine being gay is a death sentence???? Almost feels like it's a fake nation built on a complete lack of morals
@StudsUrkel@josh_seiter He already did the whole, "I was just joking" announcement. He doesn't have too keep doing this. Guy just likes cross-dressing at this point. Like just let go of the anti-trans agenda and have fun in a skirt my dude, nobody gives a shit
Seeing all the fanart of Chappell from the vmas is a great reminder that Muse should be a state funded job and I should be allowed to lay around and generally *inspire*

I'm sure this has been said before but Swifties are starting to sound like doomsday cultists. Every time they're certain it's gonna be a rep TV announcement. When we finally get it the world will end
@TubaToofpaste@lionel_trolling People are, as the article says "guests" in your house. When you are at someone's house you follow their terms of etiquette.
And yeah. There are things you can't touch. There are things I can barely touch because they're fragile and important.
I've never been to Disney. I've always wanted to. I've always planned to go at some point. Most people have that same mindset. But this video has genuinely made me reconsider if it's worth it. I hope more people reconsider too because the customers and the laborers deserve better
I really wanna highlight that everyone should watch part 20 of this video. The whole video is fantastic and gives better context. But the last part is such a perfect example of how late stage capitalism has become so vile toward the consumer
But part 20 I hope can be watched and understood outside of niche youtube. Because if this is the way Disney is going to continue to run their parks, then we need to stop going. It'd not longer that necessary American trip if this is how they treat their customers.
