We were recently pleased to welcome representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Diaspora and UNDP Seychelles to Curieuse Island. Our team proudly showcased the ongoing conservation initiatives and the remarkable progress of our Coral Reef Restoration Project.
On Thursday 9th April, SPGA signed an MoU with the Seychelles Small Hotels & Establishments Association (SSHEA), joining forces to enhance the beautification of the establishments' gardens and to share technical expertise on Seychelles’ endemic and medicinal plants.
The CEO of SPGA, Mr. Allen Cedras together with Inspector Andrew Sinon of the Seychelles Police Force are currently taking part in a Regional Strategic Enforcement Exchange taking in place in Mombasa, Kenya.

For the second time, volunteers from Absa Bank Seychelles joined our team in conducting the Aldabra Giant Tortoise Census on Curieuse Island. This important activity helps us understand the distribution of these iconic giants across the Island.

Last Saturday, our National Park team was joined by the Seychelles Hash House Harriers—a walking group known for exploring Mahé’s trails.
Together, we cleared an impressive 800m² of the trail, removing the invasive Faux watouk and collecting litter irresponsibly left behind.
