Changing in course of Sutlej River, presented an opportunity to extricate the stranded civilians.

'Flying Fox' launched by #IndianArmy and joint efforts with #NDRF and @DCKinnaur , @SPKinnaur commenced. All four civilians rescued by 4 PM.
