@whatcar@MINIUK@MINIUK we have been trying to resolve a fault on our new Mini for 3 months. The main dealer in Northampton can’t help and never calls back making them beyond useless and MinI Connected just pass us around different call handlers. Help!!!

@bt_uk No chance of my 85 year old Mother being scammed as you have left her with no broadband or phone for two weeks. Today for the second time you have failed to turn up for a scheduled appointment. What do I need to do so my Mother can once again contact the world or call for help?
@PGUK how do I get a response from you customer service? Spent 20 mins on phone, promised call back but nothing happened. Emailed and promised response but again nothing.
@BrightonHoveCC@brighton & hove city council, just visited for the first time in 2 years. Where has all the litter come from? Also, can you empty some of the bins and clear the footpaths please?
