We currently have two different properties that we manage. Both use the same system but are operated very differently, if we had a guideline of how each property works I feel that the workers who switch between the two would be able to understand what needs to be done. #mavorg
@203Tylermorton I deal with this on a daily basis. My managers are trying to change rules and guidelines, but then will contradict themselves just days after making the change. It makes it very hard to understand what needs to get done. #mavorg
Often times workplace miscommunication is more of a misunderstanding than miscommunication. Creating a common language so all departments understand the same lingo can help avoid mistakes that could hurt the company. #mavorg https://t.co/PAxXzI9A2q
Even though I have complaints about my current company, I am very happy that they helped shuffle around shifts so that I could have time off that was last minute due to a family emergency. It gives me some faith that there can be strong communication between us. #mavorg
@DavidCo70960966 My current company's culture is unstable and it definitely is very frustrating. I hope that the newsletters and special lunches will fix the problem. Let me know and may be I can have my company do the same. #mavorg
The article describes how it is actually uncommon for managers to help you advance in your career. I have always believed that when working for a company that their main goal would be constant growth for their employees. #mavorg https://t.co/J9hcXV13BG
I knew the manager at my current job prior to working here. Because of that, I feel that he thinks he can take out his anger and frustrations on me in a less than professional way. Management should remain professional no matter how you know the person outside of work. #mavorg
@DesireeZimmer20 Great article! I agree when people are able to reach a level of leadership within a company they stick to what they know. At times this can be very helpful and at other times they fail to think outside their comfort zone. #mavorg
In some cases internal operation of a company is to small of a market but if you expand to a global setting it will improve your opportunity for expansion and growth. https://t.co/LAolZuP7Dn
I had a meeting with my supervisor regarding the past year and how I think I have improved as an employee and areas I think I can improve in. It was used as a coaching session and not an hour of pointing out my flaws which shows decent leadership in the company. #mavorg
@969Tariq It is also important to keep your employees challenged and interested so they don't become bored and feeling like they are stuck in the same routine. #mavorg
Effective leadership is a balance between being confident but not too confident or not confident enough while also being connected and committed. #mavorg

@IliasKatsanos I agree with this 100%. One of the biggest problems at work for me is also miscommunication within the employees and our clients and it is a huge reflection on our company as a whole. #mavorg.
In the company I work for, communication between our clients and employees regarding tasks at hand is often mishandled so the organization process of planning how they will get done is often jumbled and mistakes are made. #mavorg
There is no one-size-fits-all organization design. Each business is different and what might be terrible for one business might be a fantastic idea for another. #mavorg https://t.co/HtU1D5hfB2
