Deputy Robert Fitch was stabbed multiple times during an encounter, but survived thanks in part to his ballistic vest.
This is the danger officers face in seconds. Prayers up for Deputy Fitch.

Cook County has reportedly lost track of hundreds of criminal offenders on electronic monitoring - and politicians still want the public to believe soft-on-crime policies are working.
When there’s no accountability, criminals disappear, communities suffer, and police officers are left dealing with the consequences.
Public safety starts with enforcing the law, not lowering the standard.

WATCH🚨: “That’s my whole world… That’s my daughter.”
Chattanooga hero Officer Eli Rogers didn’t think twice — he ran straight into a burning apartment to pull a mother and her two children to safety.
Ring video shows Rachel Blaylock screaming “There’s a fire!” as flames took over.
“Thank you” will never be enough.

We were all over this story 6 months ago when the @DCPoliceUnion president Gregg Pemberton came on The Blue Saints podcast. He was in front of this before any MSM were even interested. Link: https://t.co/PiuUMOtbnO
Two young men were shot during a chaotic scene in downtown St. Paul near RiverCentre, Grand Casino Arena, and the Ordway.
When gunfire erupts in crowded public spaces, public safety is not theoretical - it is immediate, dangerous, and necessary.
The St. Paul Police Federation is proud of the officers [our Federation members] who responded quickly and decisively. They secured multiple scenes, assisted victims, recovered evidence, and helped take three possible suspects into custody.
That is what St. Paul police officers do. They run toward danger, restore order, and protect our community when it matters most.
We proudly stand with our officers. https://t.co/8gqHKgffLl

UCOPS is proud to announce Louis Civello as our new President. President Civello brings a proven record of leadership and a steadfast commitment to advocating for the rights of safety and law enforcement professionals.
MUST WATCH!!! - “We are f*cking sacrificial lambs for the politicians…”. It doesn’t get any more direct than this! Chicago Police union boss and UCOPS member, John Catanzara, goes nuclear on politicians for creating an environment that contributed to the m*rder of a Chicago PD officer by a career criminal!
INCREDIBLE - “We wear this badge for many reasons. This is the main reason. To reach those whom the devil thinks he got.” - Officer Antonio Richardson, Jacksonville PD.
Standing with our colleague in RICHFIELD: “The suspect brandished a firearm and gunfire was exchanged. The suspect and an officer were both shot. The suspect died at the scene; the officer was transported to a local hospital for a gunshot wound to the hand.” - Richfield Police Department. https://t.co/RqAINMtXoE
