Terrific turnout in Springfield Park to celebrate the annual Wassailing at the orchards with traditional songs to wake up the fruit trees from their winter slumber with a toast offering hung on the branches in hope for good harvests to come - great photos from SPUG member Deborah

Forests are the natural hospitals for body and soul. You go in, no one asks you, no one gives you appointments for examinations, etc. You get what you need, and you feel better, and you are also delighted by the splendor and beauty. We need more forests worldwide.💚🌳🌲
