Culture Secretary Angus Robertson said BBC news reports often misled viewers by not making clear when policy or law changes applied only in England.

The National Companies have become good at “papering over the cracks” and “managing decline”, Scottish Ballet’s Exec Director told MSPs.

Official Kenneth Hoig told MSPs that the organisation’s Chief Exec had been investigating many of the issues later identified by @AuditScotland, before going on a period of absence.
The Scottish Government should have acted sooner to ensure Historic Environment Scotland (HES) had an Accountable Officer, the Committee heard today.

STV changes will see more local news delivered online on the “platforms people are increasingly turning to”, @Ofcom told the Committee.
The regulator was giving evidence on its consultation on STV’s plans to change its news operation.
