Most people read John 3:16 but they always forget to read the next verse which is the foundation of the verse

John 3:16 says God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
The binary that has driven more fear based religion than any other sentence in Western history.

John 3:17 is the very next sentence. For God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world but in order that the world might be saved through him.
The Greek word for condemn is krinō. To judge. To divide into categories of worthy and unworthy.

The text is explicitly saying the entire mission was not judgment. It was the opposite of judgment.
It acctually does not mean to be saved from eternal punishment but rather to be healed and made whole.

True, but what's odd about this story is his absolute instant 0 to 100 killer snap. He didn't even threaten. Wife quipped off and he went outside to the truck and walked back in and didn't even give them a warning. Just 2 bullets to each head. Gotta wonder what he was like in day to day situations. Cause no matter how much u don't like your in-laws, being told they can stay shouldn't push anyone that far.
