Every human has Freedom of Intelligence. Nobody & no gov't should infringe on our right to use available intelligence.
Companies shouldn't be compelled to offer models freely, but they should be shunned if they engage in intelligence censorship, esp. if they lobby gov't for it.
will meet up to discuss and find ways to push for freedom of intelligence and against US govt/Anthropic-instigated model restrictions
tue night in SF, or organize one for your own city
need to change minds and laws so models aren't accessible to a very few and a very rich set of companies

Anyone in SF next week who wants to gather to discuss freedom of intelligence and the concerning AI regulations in the last couple weeks?
We are assembling a group of people who want to take action to reverse this.
It's un-American, it's unfree, it's dangerous. Most Americans would agree. Whether you like AI (like me) or not, the last thing we want is government giving immense power and wealth to a few.
@levie Yeah, and in any situation where the US imposes heavy regulations or bans, there are two other costs: government encroachment on our freedom, and the very real risk that the government won't get it 100% right.
@filipnavara@JW_00000@nilskch Would love that - haven't been to Prague in 10 years but will let you know if I make it back! Same to you if you visit SF.
If you exhibit fine art masterpieces in your office in Europe, which would of course require precise climate and humidity control, can you install AC in the office? A loophole?
(Posting from my 18ยบ C hotel room in Italy, where it was 34ยบ outside today.)
@engelnyst In this case, the customer was targeting 75% weighted accuracy, which we exceeded. This also exceeded the accuracy they got from humans (although they had not been measuring that prior to introducing an agent here).
