The equipments required to maintain a basic life are not being maintained by the builder and then the residents are being forced to pay for the lack of service.

This is just small portion of garbage of 10 flats. There are still more 925 flats still there. I don't think sales office would be sufficient in coming days. Please evacuate the building.
