Needed FC letters. Asked to submit form. Currently in Vizag. And they don’t have service in Vizag. How am I supposed to submit the form when only select cities are listed? Nearest branch is ~700 km away.

I understand visiting a branch for cheque/DD submission—but traveling that far just to submit a foreclosure form? That’s unreasonable.

Why not allow:
• Authorized representative
• Courier / Speed Post
• Digital submission

Please suggest a practical solution instead of putting customers through this.

Hi Sir,
would like to enquire about the designated traffic flow for the road adjacent to Orion Uptown Mall on Old Madras Road.

Since the flyover opened, there is confusion about whether the adjacent lane is a service road or main road. Currently, many vehicles are taking the wrong route (driving against traffic) up to the Brigade apartments to reach Kadugodi road. This is causing unnecessary confusion and safety risks.

Could you please clarify the status of this road and look into enforcement or signage?

Just to submit foreclosure form, I’m asked to travel from one end of the city to the other.
For closing a loan, I’ll go. But to submit a FC form to get FC letter that too after 21 days?
This is not service. This is punishment for being a customer.
