Today is the start of world FTD Awareness Week. Frontotemporal Dementia covers subtypes that include Behavioral Variant FTD where marked behavioral changes are the most prominent early symptom, and aphasic types where the ability to process communication is interrupted.

@mikejwhelan I can identify. My husband has FTD (like Bruce Willis) I am his care partner. In August, I was dx stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and he has become MY care partner. I had a pain in my hip which led to the dx. I have no family history and clear mammograms
