I was so fortunate to work for Rep. Frank Pratt at the AZLEG. He was a genuinely kind person and a smart and thoughtful legislator. It is lovely to see all of the warm memories being shared today. He will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to his family, friends and colleagues.
This year's monsoon resulted in the wettest on record since the 1950s! Monsoon rains can help replenish the inflow of water into SRP's reservoir system, which primarily relies on winter rain and snow. The water is stored in 7 lakes and delivered through canals to the Valley.
