At @smart_res, our #assessmentcentre simulations account for over 90% of the work we do with universities. We love it and by specialising in this service, we know it’s our strength. Find out more from my video. #graduateemployability#digital
Great INEUCS webinar from @drpaulredmond on the different generations, reminding us that the brain's neurological development is at its peak between the age of 15-25, and therefore students will remember more from this period than any other.
Great talk from @lindseypollak about how to succeed in the multigenerational workplace where effective communication means focusing on your audience, rather than yourself. #ISEDev21
78% employers agree that students who have completed an internship or placement have more skills, and yet the level of work experience being offered has significantly dropped and is clearly having an impact on skills. #ISEdev21

Enjoying the #ISEDev21 conference. Great messages from @Jamil_Qureshi on the importance of attitude over knowledge. This led nicely onto a collaboration between @ucddublin and @WeareTUDublin on transversal skills that have sparked curiosity and creative confidence.

Great to have engaged with students from @AngliaRuskin around how best to prepare for #assessmentcentres. The top tip that stood out from our discussion was the need to believe what you saying, to be authentic and enthusiastic throughout the exercises. #graduateemployability
