My frustration is I STILL cannot see what we're trying to do. What are we doing in training, what is the gameplan when we walk on the pitch each week? I can give a manager time, but to be here 5 months and have these questions is criminal, LR is not taking us forward

@Chartley1983 Spot on, much more competitive now. I just think we need to remind ourselves it's league one, most teams don't have waves of quality coming off the bench. All things considered, we do have players with experience who can change games which imo is all we can ask in this league

@Chartley1983 Bench is a lot stronger than we've seen in recent years though, we have definitely played better football with less. Bench (and squad in general) is ineffective I think, there is such little cohesion between the players
