Our experience so far with picking @AmericanAir for our honeymoon to Maui....canceled flight after boarding....waiting in line for 45 min to get it changed and the lady hands me a card with a phone number and tells me to “figure it out”

@AmericanAir We’ve had to change our connecting flight 3 times already today because they have told us 6:25, 7:05, 8:00, now it is undetermined and if the delay goes past 3 more hours the crew times out...I want tickets bought by @AmericanAir on a different airline

@AmericanAir Another delay @AmericanAir this time 2 hours so far for a toilet....going to miss our connectiv flight..again...and might even miss the reschedule...terrible experience using your company to travel
