@NYCMayor my son, who has Down syndrome was verbally abused and threatened by his bus matron on Nov 2. Report filed, no investigation. He’s been without bus service for 5 weeks. NYC has to do better.

@CapitalOne my daughter deposited a check on Jan 9 and you have frozen her account. It was a check from her university. It cleared the university account on Jan 10. We’ve called multiple times with a runaround. Disgraceful. Her entire account has been frozen for weeks.
