@ElderScrolls Hey there! I've been attempting to make an account, but it says my email address is already being used. I've never made an account for ESO before. I tried getting the username sent to my email, but I'm not receiving emails from y'all. Could someone messge me to help me out?

When I attempt to obtain the UserID, it says it sends the email, but it's not in my Inbox, Spam, or Trash folders. And I know I don't have y'all blocked. Please Help
@UbisoftSupport Hey Ubisoft Support! My buddy and I have been having connectivity issues ever since you guys posted about the issues above and they don't seem to have been fixed as of yet. We've tried resetting the routers, dedicating ports for forwarding and etc, but no luck. Could you help us?
