If you operated in europe or if you have worked with any european companies, you know how much red tape and bullshit you had to deal with. bottom line is priorities are different. The American mentality, or even Chinese mentality, is flexible and enough that businesses can succeed and scale. European mentality is not the same, so it's really a hard thing to push through.
