@nsitharaman Would req exempting Coop Hsg. Society from GST levy. Members pay to meet Maint. exp & there is no profit element in it & hence it defies logic to have GST levied on such charges. It’s a huge compliance burden & Certainly not worth it.

@narendramodi Would request your urgent consideration from a ease of living perspective, as Coop hsg soc are not commercial in nature and there is hardly any rev loss to the govt while all input cost can be taxed - It’s compliance burden that gets reduced.
