Sharing this - broad new rules about expenditures would seem to apply to many university-community partnerships and challenge service-learning courses as well an internships that fall into the definition of "political or social activism". BOG is meeting at UCF next month.
BOG just released a draft rule that they will discuss during their November 8th/9th meeting at UCF.
Remember, this comes out of HB999/SB266 and dictates the use of state AND federal funds.
