4️⃣ - Counselled a patient on safely reducing sertraline from 300mg to a licensed dose.

- Deprescribed gliclazide in a patient with HbA1c <7%, supporting their weight loss journey.

- Stopped alendronic acid in a bed-bound care home patient with poor renal function.
