@OctopusEnergy I have an ongoing issue for over a year, promises of contact which hasn’t happened, I’m being overcharged and fobbed off. What do I have to do to get help? I’m so sick of rubbish customer service nowadays. I am on the 7.5p rate but am being charged triple that

@verynetwork u had better sort out the credit account that u have FALSELY said i owe that has affected my perfect 999 credit score plunging it into a poor score. It also took u months 2 sort out a falsely advertised product conning many people. The details are still false 2.

Which takes me to a page where I can’t get in touch with anyone because it’s full of FAQs designed to deflect customers. But I can go to X, so here I am
