@starsportscard1 @albobcobb @PeteMundo The State through a third party determines the current baseline sales tax revenue and then diverts any new growth on top of that within the Star Bond district to go towards the project. The current baseline sales tax revenue stays with the State.

@KSEconomist I have no dog in this fight. But- it doesn't seem as if you are including in your example the taxable revenue from a separately located training facility with its own development and events. Something such as a version of The Star in Frisco.

@OvrlyCritikal33 Justin Fields, Troy Smith and C.J. Stroud for Ohio State are all better. Michael Bishop, Collin Klein and potentially Ell Roberson were better at K-State. I love the dude and am glad he won, but he isn't in the same stratosphere.
