A Midland citizen went to City Hall requesting paperwork.

He sat inside the public building for an extended period speaking with Strategic Communications Director Stewart Doreen. The footage appears to show that he never raised his voice, never became violent, and was not told what crime he had committed.

Then a Midland Police Department officer arrived.

She issued commands, placed her hands on him, and ultimately pepper-sprayed him inside City Hall.

He was taken outside in handcuffs, transported to the hospital, and reportedly handcuffed to a hospital bed. He has a heart condition and had expressed concern about being forced outside into the extreme heat.

After officials reviewed the footage and saw that he had not been acting belligerently, he was released with no charges.

No identified crime. No charges. Yet a citizen requesting paperwork from his government ended up pepper-sprayed, handcuffed, and hospitalized.

What lawful justification was there for this use of force?

- In 2012 they raised $18.6 million, but only $240,000 went to actually granting wishes. That only about 1.3%
- Overall over a 10 year period only about 2.5% or less was direct aid
- Founder Mark Breiner pocketed almost $5 million

Cancer Fund of America is even worse

- They raised tens of millions. One of several linked orgs totaling over $187 million across their entire network
- Professional solicitors took 80+ cents of every dollar
- Less than 1% went to actual patient aid in many years

These orgs were shut down after FTC and multi-state actions in 2015. It was one of the largest charity fraud cases at the time

ROBERT MONROE AND THE CENTER LANE PROGRAM

Robert Monroe founded the Monroe Institute and developed Hemi-Sync, an audio technology designed to help people enter altered states of consciousness and tap into the non physical realm.

Some believe Hemi-Sync or binaural beats can alter consciousness in ways they consider spiritually risky. You are inviting in that which you know not.

Opening gateways using musical frequencies.

The audio frequencies he used were:

Left ear: 200 Hz
Right ear: 204 Hz

Your brain perceives a 4 Hz binaural beat.

While healing frequencies known as the Solfeggio Frequencies are healing, there are frequencies that are used for ritualistic purpose. This is why you often hear chants along with occult rituals.

I personally believe Monroe was simply utilizing a modern method of the ritualistic opening of gateways and portals through frequency.

He literally called in the Gateway Process.

His work eventually attracted the attention of the U.S. Army during the Cold War.

Declassified documents show that the Army evaluated Monroe's methods for verious programs such as SCANATE, GONDOLA WISH, GRILL FLAME, DRAGOON ABSORB, SUN STREAK etc

He received a security clearance, trained Army personnel through the CENTER LANE program, and developed customized Hemi Sync recordings for military use. His techniques later influenced programs that evolved into what became known as Project STARGATE.

According to Monroe's own writings, he encountered what he described as interdimensional beings.

He referred to one recurring intelligence as "INSPEC" (Intelligent Species), describing it as a highly advanced, nonphysical entity that communicated telepathically and acted as a teacher rather than a ruler. He also wrote about "Helpers," beings he believed assisted souls after death, and other intelligences that he said existed beyond our physical reality.

Monroe never claimed to know exactly what these beings were. He avoided calling them angels or demons.

But we know that's exactly what they were.

This was over 50 years ago.

Imagine what they've dabbled in since.
