STARTneuro is happening this year, just in a different format!

We are teaching a @UCSanDiego summer session class called "BISP 194: Transferring into Biology Research," designed specifically for transfer students who are interested in pursuing research in biological sciences. 🔬

In this course, you'll be introduced to a variety of research techniques and have the opportunity to tour various labs on campus.

We'll also provide lots of tips and tricks to succeed as a STEM transfer student! 💡⚡️

Today, we wrapped up a two-day symposium with community college faculty and leaders.

Our symposium featured sessions about neuroscience research and academic paths on campus, the transfer student experience, and professional paths available to PhD holders.
