An important #FathersDay message from meโฆWEAR A HELMET ! This week I had a bad accident while riding my bike in CT. I'm doing ok and Iโm thankful for all the doctors, nurses and staff at @LMHospital who looked after me but most thankful for my helmet that saved my life. Be Safe
Hey 100M sprinters, it's a historic week! Could you hit 9.0 secs for 100 YARDS? 50 yrs ago this week, my good friend Ivory Crockett set the WR in the 100 YARD dash, & it's still unbeaten. 5/11/74.

Look at the height of the world record holders throughout history. I've studied this my entire life, sooooo. The average mans size is about 5-9 and that's why so many are shorter. The world record holders were generally 6' and over. Do your research!
"And I know most of you
Either don't believe it's true,
Or else you don't know what to do
Or maybe I'm singing about you,
Who knows." Stephen Stills
Always a pleasure @JimLaddRocks
Tip of the hat to the @Cardinals โ๏ธ
For travelers, this is the summer of walking and we're bringing you a whole week's worth of special walking coverage. To start, try one of these city walks: https://t.co/WJVLHd1bY3
Thank you @runnersworld for highlighting this problematic bill my colleagues passed last week. This am during my run I took to the street and reflected on how the roads should belong to us all. Policies that make drivers king are inequitable and myopic. https://t.co/apNmLZlPmm
If my Achilles would allow me I'd still be leading running tours downtown. STL is a fantastic city with deep, deep history. Problems? Sure, but name a large city with none.
We can talk about crime while also talking about facts.
St. Louis brings in millions of tourists each year (latest data 28.2 mil), with tons of booked hotels in Downtown and thereโs dozens of great restaurants.
If you never come to @DowntownStLouis you might not knowโฆ
