Do #RightsHolder have to register #TradeSecrets with the @uspto for protection? NO! BUT, there required steps that must be taken to prove you have a trade secret.

@uspto BUT REMEMBER! #IntellectualProperty is territorial. In order to enforce your IP, you must have it registered in that country.
