@StubHub have you figured out why your app won't load? I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 and woke up one day to it not launching. Just get the logo screen and nothing happens. Your customer support is dumbfounded.

@WyattFlores10@FirstAvenue So weird. My 4 paid tickets were canceled. Called AXS, no help. Chatted with AXS, they said the promoter canceled the show. Now there are no tickets available to purchase. Sad panda.
@Hopdragon@Verizon I went through the same thing with them on a switch to T-Mobile. Spent HOURS talking to different people. Escalated it way up. Ended up giving up. Time was more valuable than the cost of buying a different phone.
I have been told multiple times that it would be taken care of. Told multiple times that someone would call me. Neither happened. Sat on hold for hours. Several times a new random person would answer.
