@AirbnbHelp Still have not received any assistance on this issues @Airbnb@bchesky I don't feel as if I'm being taken seriously here! Your support ambassador has told me if I filed another request he will remove my account! HOW is this being allowed without action, that is a clear violation
@Airbnb I keep receiving warnings from 1 airbnb team of ambassadors that my account may be deactivated for requesting "excessive reimbursement," yet nobody can tell me what that means, or what policy I've violated. Supervisors and simply the case. How is this fair to hosts?!
@Airbnb@Airbnb@bchesky I'M TRYING TO BE COMPLIANT, I'M TRYING TO UNDERSTAND, BUT NO ONE IS ASSISTING. A team of agents in India is threatening my account every time I reach their support line "Request more money and we will ban you". The other agents say nothing is wrong don't worry!
