@breannajrogers Something that really helped me was finding ways to not continue over-exerting myself and celebrating every win big or small! Eventually got back to feeling like my productive motivated self after I stopped being so hard on myself for what I didn’t do.
@AreyLab @JeffMYau@ANHayden1997@bcm_neurosci@MattRasband I felt SO lucky to get to share my sparkles with you all my last Rush Record retreat ✨thank you BCM Neuro dept for being such a wonderful welcoming space for us trainees!
Spreading the word about an incredible opportunity to be an RA in the new VanDerHeijden Lab! Guaranteed to have a brilliant, supportive mentor that is so invested in training the next gen of scientist, cannot recommend it enough.
I am looking for an enthusiastic Research Assistant in my lab.

So honored to be chosen by @bcm_neurosci to give the graduate school symposium student talk for the Neuroscience program this year! I get so anxious about public speaking I’m always just happy to make it through my talk, but very proud to place 3rd today!
So proud of these two superstars in our program 🥹🤩 going above and beyond to make your dreams (and many other SciCom ppls) come true!! @ANHayden1997@donofrio_sarah
We had an amazing ComSciCon Houston '23, which was only possible thanks to our generous sponsors. We want to send a huge thank you to the Department of Neuroscience @bcm_neurosci for being one of our Intergalactic Superhero sponsors! 1/3
