I think you should do some more digging about @estatexeu if you say the team has no experience with blockchains.

Is an experienced full stack developer and has been Technical Product Manager at Ethereum leading a team of 8 people. He has also been Head of Engineering at Bunq, a Unicorn bank with a valuation of $1.6B. He is a blockchain developer with over a decade of experience.

Graham Ade
Cheif Technial Officer

As a World Economic Forum technology pioneer, Graham developed an offline distributed ledger settlement system for the European Central Bank CBDC Digital Euro project which utilized self-designed, novel cryptographic algorithms and homomorphic encryption principles to allow blockchain settlement between payers and payees without an internet or cellular connection.  He was instrumental in filing numerous patents and leading the patent teams for offline settlement technology and interoperability solutions for discrete blockchains designed for CBDC and tokenized assets.

So you are telling me that just these 2 guys there is on the team has no experience?

They sold their first property offering some months ago. Sold out within 5 min. EU offering is coming soon. If you look at some other projects they launched without any POC. They launched and all their tech came after. EstateX changed that game. They wanted to show their model was working before launching their token.

And keep in mind that Steve Craggs former CEO of RE/MAX England & Wales left his job to go full in on EstateX.

Their own blockchain layer 1 is going on testnet here in 10 days.

So stop the fud and do some reacherching. I know it can be hard and takes time, but it could do you some good.
