Why should people who have driveways be allowed to drive polluting vehicles, and not those without? Tax the vehicle based on its emissions, not where it is parked! This policy was wholly unfair.

@HaydonsNorth @Merton_Council It’s great it’s going to scrutiny but I wouldn’t hold my breath. If you’ve watched any of those scrutiny meetings, the outcomes are as bad as full council meetings but not as dramatic. They’re gently dusted under a myriad of counter-motions that dissolve the issue.
