Abortion services will be provided by the HSE, through GPs or family planning services, and in maternity units and hospitals across the country, from today.
Abortion care will be free of charge to people who need it.

Minister for Health @SimonHarrisTD has signed the commencement orders for the Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy. New services will be available from January 1st 2019.

The IFPA has fought for reproductive rights for 50 years. From January, for the first time, we will be able to provide abortion care to women and girls in Ireland. #repealedthe8th
