Dr. Neporo, the SWAPO Party Youth League district secretary for Walvis Bay-Urban, on his academic milestone, graduating with a doctor of philosophy (PhD) in science education from the Rhodes University of South Africa, after successfully defending his thesis entitled: "Unlocking the Understanding of Saponification”

Cde. Dr. Neporo is a science teacher by profession and a part-time Educational Research Lecturer.
