@SW_Help @0753Waterloo You only deal with “concerns” when you can be bothered. If you don’t want to deal with something, you’re very quick to point fingers elsewhere.
Not a train moan, but a moan about #cyclists. If you drive through #London (esp. during the AM/PM rush hour) do you find that cyclists think they rule the roads nearly causing dangerous collisions? Cutting you up, waiting at traffic lights 5 deep on a narrow cycle lane etc.

@krisdelta@SW_Help@swtrains_watch Quite often during the afternoon rush hour they’re at Guildford. Again, intimidating genuine passengers. Those who don’t have tickets just loiter on the platform until the RPOs disappear.
Revenue Protection are on fire again today.
An innocent passenger asked to buy a ticket at WAT with her cash ready and was instantly made a criminal by the attitude of the RPO.
Come on @SW_Help. The attitude of these RPOs need to stop!

@katiesaurus@SW_Help What did you expect? Nice to see @SW_Help continue to provide great customer service 🤔 this week has been an utter shambles. They couldn’t pour water out of a boot with the instructions on the heel if they tried.
@SW_Help After leaving FNC, less than a mile down the road, the coach was beeping. Eventually the driver told us it was a coolant issue. After 10 mins (and making a call) he decided it was safe to drive despite the alarm. Only just made the 10:47 Guildford to Waterloo!
Oh dear @SW_Help. The 10:22 replacement bus from #Farncombe to #Guildford has broken down. Problems every day so far. This is NOT acceptable. No explanation from the driver or anything. Now we will miss the connecting service! @swtrains_watch#trains
