UPDATE: The City's Planning Commission voted to change the zoning code to a 3-acre business zone (instead of 5 acres), which means places like Flipside will be included in cannabis dispensary zones (As long as it passes thru City Council and mayor).
A hemp store in East Harriet falls outside the City's proposed cannabis dispensary zones, which are based on liquor store zones established in the 1950s. Should the City have updated zoning for dispensaries? Flipside thinks so. 👇
