Just a heads up for others, if you're a member of @audiogang, there's a discount code for #GDC you can use on the advanced rate passes, but it's the last day for the rate.
I didn't get an email. But login and go to 'member perks.' Should be there.
Thank you, @audiogang

@ConcernedApe Really excited. You're a real phenom for continuing to update a game that was already awesome with new content. Thanks for the many, many hours of fun.
@jgmusic@metasystem_io The Cubase templates they've got are rock solid and worth picking apart.
I learned the latching switches can be used to show/hide an entire group of switches within a scene. Allows up to double the real estate on a single scene w/o having to switch the entire scene.
@ConcernedApe made a game I've probably put 200+ hrs in on across multiple systems. One of my top 5 fave games of all time. Super talented human that made more or less everything in the game.
Anyway, a cover I did of his track:

Have taught music for over a decade at this point, and I’m still shocked by the lack of note taking.
Does everyone have a photographic memory? I sure don’t.
#Stardew rules, and I still can't believe it was a one person effort developing the game.
@ConcernedApe previewed some of 1.6 (!), which I'm really looking forward to, and it reminded me I need to do something with this cover of Moonlight Jellies.
@Ntrospec Sidechain what?
I'll use the sidechain when needed, but I think the term has been diluted to actually mean "external sidechain compression." There's a great many things - internal and external - it's useful for on many different processes.
@sonicmayhem@InSessionAudio Taiko Creator. Most playable taiko samples I've got. Can be quite dry if needed. Lends itself well to additional processing.
You're missing the boat if you only listen to music that you like.
I still fire up the Beatles from time to time. You should probably check out stuff you don't like too. There's things to be learned.
@jgmusic If we're going beyond strings as a requirement for orchestration and looking at more a broad sense of instrumentation, this one is one of my favorite books ever: https://t.co/TWPtsc1v2Z
Had the good fortune to study with Lindsay at Miami. Book and teacher are ace.
@TheFilmScorer Quoted tweet is definitely a goofy opinion. Same idea as people that want to believe Beethoven/Mozart/Bach wrote the greatest music of all time. It's good. There's music out today that is equally good but different.
@grantkirkhope It's disgraceful. I thought cable royalties were bad, and somehow, like a truly deranged limbo, the bar for royalties gets lower.
Yet we can't have a composers' union because that would be considered a cartel in the eyes of the law.
