Why is anyone surprised by abusive, sexist remarks of Minister? SL is patriarchal society in which sexism & misogyny are normalized. Women are told to get a sense of humour when they challenge sexist jokes, which are supposedly harmless.Casual, everyday sexism masks deep misogyny
