Trump repeatedly and falsely accuses Canada of harboring criminal gangs that smuggle fentanyl and other drugs that are killing a lot of Americans. It's untrue and therefore not a factual basis for tariffs. The false claim is also infuriating and insulting to a lot of Canadians.
