@TeamYouTube I feel like I keep getting into a feedback loop with your support team. They keep insisting that I'm breaking community policy, but no one has told me how. I want to keep posting videos of this nature, but I do not want to get banned.
@TeamYouTube my partnered channel was struck under the “harmful/dangerous” policy for a promo clip for my film Future Date. The description says “watch full movie with link in bio.” The link goes to my Linktree, which l directs viewers to the official releases on Amazon and Tubi.
@TeamYouTube I just got this response. I really need someone to take a few more seconds to see that linking to a purchase page on Amazon or a streaming page on tubi is neither harmful or dangerous.
@TeamYouTube I just got the most recent response to my appeal and got told again that I’m promoting piracy. How is providing a link to the official Amazon and Tubi page piracy? Can I please talk to someone about this?
@TeamYouTube Thank you! Yes, two of my shorts were reported and have caused my account to get two strikes.

I’ve appealed, but the appeal keeps getting denied. This is a clear misunderstanding that isn’t being recognized, and the strike is blocking me from posting during the film’s release window. Please escalate for urgent re-review.
@TeamYouTube I appealed it and clearly stated that I own the copyright to the movie and did not tell people how to pirate it, but how to watch it legitimately on licensed platforms and my appeal was rejected. I’m honestly surprise it was rejected. Are appeals even checked by humans anymore?
Hi @TeamYouTube, my official film Future Date (owned by Future Date Movie LLC) was incorrectly flagged as piracy under the harmful/dangerous policy. It’s licensed on Amazon & Tubi. Strike is blocking me from posting. Please help escalate.
