Unbelievably shocking customer service from @asksheilas Sheila’s wheels. No fault accident 10 months ago, total loss paid out in May 24 yet I’m STILL paying the old policy premium as well as my new one and no one will help!! What do I do??
@asksheilas I’ve spoken to live chat numerous times and keep getting told conflicting information. Part payment was recovered by you in November and a manager told me it would only be a few days. No replies to my further emails and my policy runs out next month - what then?
